LeviO develops and operates YunoGig. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using YunoGig, you consent to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

• Account information — Name, phone number
• Profile information — Barangay, municipality, province, skills, bio
• Identity documents — Government-issued ID, proof of billing, NBI Clearance, selfie (verification only)
• Payment information — GCash/Maya number or bank account (for withdrawals only)
• Job and service information — Job posts, service listings, rates, descriptions
• Device information — Device type, operating system
• Usage data — Pages viewed, features used, time spent in the App

How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account
• Match workers with employers
• Process payments and withdrawals
• Send push notifications about job applications, hires, and messages
• Verify your identity for verification tier purposes
• Improve the App and user experience
• Comply with Philippine laws and regulations

How We Share Your Information

• With other users — Your name, barangay, skills, services, and ratings are visible as part of normal marketplace operations
• With service providers — Firebase, PayMongo, and trusted partners who help us operate the App
• With law enforcement — When required by Philippine law or court order
• With your consent — For any other purpose you explicitly agree to

Identity Documents

• Stored securely in Firebase Storage with restricted access
• Accessible only to authorized YunoGig administrators for verification
• Never shared with other users or third parties
• Retained for as long as your account is active

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Firebase Security Rules to restrict unauthorized access
• Limited staff access to sensitive data

Children's Privacy

YunoGig is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Data Retention

• We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active.
• Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
