By using YunoGig, you agree to these Terms of Service. YunoGig is developed and operated by LeviO, a Philippine-based company.
Who Can Use YunoGig
- You must be at least 18 years old to use YunoGig.
- By using the App, you confirm that you are legally allowed to work or hire workers in the Philippines.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Workers
- Workers may list their services, set their rates, and apply for jobs posted by employers.
- Workers are responsible for the quality and completion of services they agree to provide.
- Workers must comply with all applicable Philippine labor laws and tax regulations.
- YunoGig is not your employer. You are an independent service provider.
- A platform fee of 4% will be deducted from each completed transaction.
Employers
- Employers may post jobs and hire workers through the App.
- Job postings must be truthful, accurate, and comply with Philippine law.
- A convenience fee of 9% will be added to each hire transaction.
- Employers are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful working conditions.
- YunoGig is not a staffing agency and does not guarantee worker performance.
Payments
- All payments are processed through PayMongo, a licensed payment processor in the Philippines.
- Payments are released to workers after job completion, minus the platform fee.
- Worker withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
- YunoGig is not responsible for payment delays caused by banks or e-wallet providers.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Users are prohibited from arranging payment outside of YunoGig. Any transaction for services found or arranged through the App must be processed through YunoGig’s payment system. Violation may result in permanent account suspension.
Identity Verification
- Users may voluntarily submit identity documents for verification.
- Verification does not guarantee the identity or trustworthiness of any user.
- Documents are stored securely and reviewed only by authorized YunoGig staff.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use YunoGig to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or worker profiles.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
- Engage in any illegal activity, including human trafficking or child labor.
- Circumvent the payment system to avoid platform fees.
- Use the App for any purpose other than legitimate employment matching.
Ratings and Reviews
- Both workers and employers may rate each other after a completed job.
- Ratings must be honest and based on actual experience.
- We reserve the right to remove ratings that violate our policies.
Limitation of Liability
YunoGig provides a platform to connect workers and employers. We are not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by workers.
- Any disputes between workers and employers.
- Any loss or damage arising from the use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cavite, Philippines.
